“Love this 12 week program... You can do your exercise in your own time, easy menu to follow (and yum!) and it’s simple than what I thought it would be, I now keep what I learnt in mind and choose my food everyday.  
I never got hungry due to the constant eating of small meals; I rather thought I might have been eating too much! ...

Tamara dropped 4 dress sizes in 6 weeks with easy exercises to suit her lifestyle. Her husband said "her legs were now nearly as good as when she met him 38 years ago"- that is a real compliment ... 

I recommend the program to anyone who wants to tone up, lose inches off their butt, decrease their stomach, doesn’t like walking  for the sake of walking as an exercise, doesn’t stick to exercise programs as such, they are either  too long, too many, too monotonous, likes their food and the occasional drink or 2 ...
The main reason I decided to do the program ... was to TONE UP.   I didn’t have any stomach muscles and needed to strengthen my back, tone up all parts of me and I did need to lose some weight due to varicose veins making my legs ache with my extra bits.  I was 82kg.
 Nadine wrote the program to suit what I liked and knew I might achieve so not too many exercises.
I  nearly faithfully follow the program.   I needed to for the 1st 5-6 weeks to get into the habit of eating  the 6 meals a day, which one does anyway if you think about it but normally quite often it is rubbish for the afternoon snack when you get hungry.   I make sure that I have everything at work so as not to snack of extras and I drink plenty of water.   
BUT  to me it is not a program but is becoming the way I eat regularly as the food all suits me and    of course, ... the 15mins only exercises that I do in the mornings to strengthen and tone up.  
The great thing is that after 6 weeks, I feel really good, I weigh 72kg  I now fit into some size 12  clothes... my daughters have all commented on how awesome I look, everyone keeps asking how I lost all this weight,  and I have to say that I have a Personal Trainer, who believes that you can achieve what you want.
I have a new wardrobe thanks to my husband commenting that I needed to upgrade my clothes due to me looking drab at work,  and just recently playing in a Tennis tournament said that I really didn’t look like a 58 year old anymore,   and my legs were nearly as good as when I met him – that is a real compliment!!!  
So with all the positives I will continue my new way of life of keeping TONED UP and of course slimmer.
